Often this need collides with the burden of the sponsorship and compliance obligations as well as the drive by government to reduce net migration figures.
Will the change in the UK government be a reset moment for business immigration policy?
In partnership with British American Business (BAB), we have invited the new Minister for Migration and Citizenship, accompanied by the Home Office Director of Migration and Citizenship, to speak to our clients and BAB members about the new government’s approach to this crucial policy area.
We will also hear from the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) about their new advisory commissions from the government and their evidence-based approach to the labour market.
